Dervishes are chanting the beautiful names of Allah. This is called Zikr - a remembrance ceremony. Sufi Orders have different forms of Zikr. This is Halveti Jerrahi zikr mostly performed in Turkey.

Remembrance is always two sided. The one remembers is also remembered by His Lord as indicated by the verse "Remember me, I will remember you". Remembrance ceremony connects the heart of the faithful to his Lord. Remembrance ceremonies are conducted by the Sheik of the orde
