How it helps dissipate your perspective stuck after a shock that leads you to "cry wolf" unnecessarily. It helps remove those unfounded fears. At least that is how I understand it :-

Mano izquierda la palma como en copa descansa en regazo , brazo derecho flexionado, palma derecha mira al frente, el dedo índice y pulgar   juntos otros dedos rectos al frente.
Ojos cerrados, lengua fuera  y se detiene entre los dientes,
 se respira por  los lados de la  boca por  5 minutos,
al terminar inhalar sostener aire dentro, exhalar, voler a inhalar, sostener, exhalar, volver a inhalar, sostener y exhalar… relajar la posicion
