YPO-Models like credit unions and micro-banking are a breath of fresh air.   We're trying to raise enough money to help thousands more women start their own businesses.
Matthew Athauda -We don't need your money # but we'd quite like some of your money... The video is unsettling - especially the I love shoes placards.
This is an NGO subsidiary giving small loans to rural female entrepreneurs with the public donating but they are not allowed to receive their collateral back - it must be reinvested into other centrally approved projects after a year. It's a fantastic idea that could make massive change although the reality of it is a little different ~ 35% annual interest charged to its borrowers (3x higher than national interest rate) makes the project more akin to wonga.com!
Jolly Wagatails-The message is brilliantly executed to appeal to the western world. There is a very strong and serious message here.. This video made me cry - not cheer me up. Freedom and liberation for all is the goal - for everyone. They certainly have a better sense of community than in the western world—
